• Strategy request form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, company website, primary service, service area, current advertising budget, growth goal, an optional message, and a checkbox confirming you agree to be contacted. Name, email, company, primary service, and the consent checkbox are required. The rest are optional.
• Guide request form: first name, email address, and company name.

If you do not submit a form, we do not collect the contact or business information listed above. The website may still process limited technical information, such as an IP address for rate limiting and basic page-visit information for website analytics, as described below.

How We Use It

• To respond to your enquiry and talk with you about ChatGPT advertising for your business.
• To keep a record of which guides and resources people are asking for, if that is what you requested.
• To keep a record of the enquiry so we can answer follow-up questions accurately.

Service providers used to host and operate the website, store form submissions, and provide basic website analytics may process limited information as needed to provide those services. We do not sell submitted contact information or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where It Is Stored

Form submissions are saved in our database together with the date and time they were received. This website does not process purchases, payments, or transactions, so we do not collect or hold payment card, billing, or other financial information.

How Form Requests Are Handled

When you submit a form, the information is saved in our database so we can review and respond to your request. Nothing is sent to you by email automatically. If you requested the guide, a download link appears on the page itself once your request has been saved successfully, and the file downloads directly from this website. If your request cannot be saved, no download link is shown and you can try again. The spam prevention and rate limiting described below apply to both forms.

Spam Prevention and Rate Limiting

Our forms contain a hidden field that a person filling in the form never sees. Submissions that fill it in are treated as automated, rejected, and never written to the database. We also limit each visitor to five submissions in any fifteen minute period. That limit is applied using your IP address, which is held in the server's working memory alongside the times of your recent submissions. It is never written to the database, is never stored next to your submission, and is cleared when the server restarts.

Analytics

The website uses basic analytics to understand page visits and website performance. This includes counting a small number of actions, such as when the guide form is started, submitted, or the guide is downloaded, so we can tell whether the resource is useful. These counts are not linked to your name or email address. We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted. The website has no automated deletion process, so please contact us using the details below and we will handle your request by hand.
